Dog Blog: Fun in the snow

Posted by indigodream on 21 December, 2009

We can’t resist a few photos of Blue and Lou enjoying the snow – of course, they’re only outside and going ballistic for about 10 minutes – it’s only fun if you can spend the next several hours warming your toes on a snug duvet 🙂

Love the pictures – how great it is to be alive!! We had much the same reaction from our 3 lurchers to the snow.

    Love the blog

    Happy Christmas

    Hi Snowy owl

We know lots of greyhounds that also go ballistic in the snow – no idea why, but it is a joy to see! Our two weren’t so keen today – there’s a crust of ice over the snow and they’re not so keen on breaking through, and it makes a disturbing noise – they’re big wusses I’m afraid…

We love lurchers as well – our previous dog was a 75% greyhound 25% something else brindle lurcher – we loved her to bits and we still miss her, though Blue and Lou do a good job of filling the gap 🙂

Merry Christmas to you and your pack too….
